Thief Breaks Into Car to Steal Chocolate Bar, Leaves Apology Note

Shocking, as a Kansas state university student after leaving his car for  15 minutes, came back only to discover that he had been robbed off his chocolate bar,
and was left with a handwritten note by the burglar, saying he or she was ”sorry”.

 The victim said he got upset when he first came across the note at first, but later had a laugh at the situation.

Weird! Police Arrest Parrot For Using Foul Language

  The woman, named Janabai , has a theory about why the male Rose-ringed parrot residing there has such hatred toward her. Her estranged stepson, Suresh, lives in the house and has devoted his energy to training the smart bird to insult his stepmom.   A dispute exists between the two family members, with the stepson feeling that he should have inherited some property when his father died, but instead, Janabai has held onto it. After two years of hearing the parrots direct abusive and foul language in her direction, the woman finally went to the local police station and filed a harassment report against the bird. Why she didn’t file the complaint against her stepson is unclear. In what is being billed as an effort to protect the endangered species, the government of Indonesia is allowing those with expendable income to purchase tigers to keep as pets. In order to own one of these majestic cats you must have one billion rupiah, or £67,000 just lying around, as well five square kilometers of land upon which to house the animal. Despite opposition from several environmental groups who feel this is nothing more than an attempt by the Indonesian government to make money, government officials have stated that all of the tigers will be monitored regularly to ensure they are being treated properly. If they catch any mistreatment, the owners will be severely punished in the forms of fines or jail time.
