The man by the name Roberto Esquivel Cabrera's penis is so long it hangs well below his knees and he says its massive size has left him unable to work.

Roberto says his huge manhood means he can't wear a uniform and this was confirmed by doctors at a health centre in Mexico, stating his claims were genuine.

Roberto has refused to have reduction surgery several times, despite being advised by medics, as the enourmosity of his manhood may cause problem in having children.
