Bizzare! As Chinese barber offers eyelid shaves

Shocking as Chinese street barber  deftly scrapes a straight razor along the inside of his customer’s eyelid. 

The  62-year old street barber cleans his customer eye using the straight razor in Chengdu, Sichuan province, China.

Customers swear by the practice of “blade wash eyes”, as it is known in Mandarin, saying they trust the 62-year old's skill with the blade. 

According to a 68-year-olds testimony. “My eyes feel refreshed after shaving and I feel comfortable.”
 Reports shows that the 62 year old street barber learned the technique in the 1980s and serves up to eight customers a week, charging 80 yuan ($12) per shave. 

While customers insisted their eyes felt better after a shave, onlookers cringed at the sight of the street barber as he wields his razor.

  The woman, named Janabai , has a theory about why the male Rose-ringed parrot residing there has such hatred toward her. Her estranged stepson, Suresh, lives in the house and has devoted his energy to training the smart bird to insult his stepmom.   A dispute exists between the two family members, with the stepson feeling that he should have inherited some property when his father died, but instead, Janabai has held onto it. When thinking of ways to assist the poor, offering free breast augmentation or reduction surgery is probably not the first thing to come to mind, but that didn’t stop health department officials in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu from doing it. Most governments are tackling poverty problems the old fashioned way, trying to make sure that unprivileged citizens have access to food, water, a place to live and basic healthcare.
