Funny! As Student buys boyfriend Call of Duty for Christmas - then 'makes him sign contract so she isn't overlooked'

·
Shocking as student gives her boyfriend a Christmas present - along with a 'crazy' contract to limit when he is allowed to play his new video game .

When Ashley Davison bought her boyfriend Blake Perry a new copy of Call of Duty she drew up a list of five rules that he had to sign before receiving his new game.

Rules include making sure he still gives her enough attention, asking permission to play if she's at his house and replying to texts within 11 minutes.

Although Blake made the decision to sign on the dotted line, he later tweeted out a picture of the contract with the caption "Little does she know these rules will be broken".

The social media post drew a lot of attention, Ashley facing criticism from people who couldn't tell that the list wasn't exactly serious.

Blake's post has been liked over 31,000 times since it was shared on Christmas Eve, and has drawn a mixed response with some users labelling University of Oklahoma student Ashley as "crazy" but others applauding her idea.

However, both Ashley and Blake have insisted the contract was just a joke.

Ashley's contract for her boyfriend, titled 'Rules for Your New Gift' laid out the following conditions for Blake being allowed to play Call of Duty.
1. If I call you must pause the game and talk to me with full attention
2. No starting another match if we are planning to hang out or I ask to hang out
3. You must ask if it is okay for you to play while I am over at your house with you. Make sure I have something to do while you are in battle.
4. You must reply to a text no longer than 11 minutes
5. Do not forget to give me just as much attention.
