 Weird as female employees who all work for a beauty and skin care company were been forced to   
SLAP each other hard across the face during their company's end-of-year gala.

The women, who all work for the beauty and skin care company are said to have under performed throughout the year.

Their boss reportedly made the employees punish each other in order to keep their jobs.

The extreme punishment was meted out on stage during the business' end-of-year gala, which was held to celebrate the company's 14th anniversary.

The women were made to kneel and slap each other across the face.

In front of hundreds of their colleagues, the dozen or so women from the sales department knelt on the stage and smacked each other across the face until their employer said stop.

Footage of the shocking incident was uploaded online where it has been viewed more than 6 million times.
