Shocking As Son Attacks Father For Improperly Cooking Soup

Sakdin Duangphakhon, 36-years-old, returned home from work.
He lived with his mother and father in a one-story house in Buriram, located in
southern Thailand. On the way home, Sakdin stopped to buy pork for his favorite
soup. His father, 65-year-old Ngor, volunteered to prepare the meal. While his
father cooked, Sakdin grabbed a bottle of beer and went to sit outside in a
hammock.
Before long, Sakdin grew hungrier. He returned to the house
to ask when the pork soup would be ready. He became angry that his father did
not have the fire hot enough and this caused a delay in cooking.

Then, Ngor
informed his son that, in addition to the soup not being ready, he forgot to
add fish sauce to the broth. Fish sauce is the most essential seasoning in Thai
cooking. Sakdin felt his father had wasted his pork, money, and time by not
including the staple ingredient.
Then, without warning, Sakdin smashed his bottle of beer
over his father’s head. As Ngor fell to the ground, his wife, rushed to his defense.
Sakdin slapped his mother, knocking her to the floor. He proceeded to grab a
kitchen knife and starting stabbing his father. Within minutes, Ngor lay dead
on the floor. He had 10 stab wounds in his back and chest. Pa ran to a
neighbor’s house to call the police.
When the authorities arrived at the scene, they found Ngor
in a pool of blood. Following a trail of gore, they located Sakdin calmly
sitting in the hammock outside the house.
He confessed to the murder and police
placed him in handcuffs. However, before heading to the police station,
officers brought him into the house.
They had the guilty man act out what
happened after his father failed to cook the soup properly. Finally, before
leaving the house, the colonel in charge of the police squadron made Sakdin
kneel next to his father and pray.
The murderous son awaits sentencing at
Amphore Nangrong prison in Buriram.
